Police: Shots Fired Inside Houston Intercontinental Airport
Shots have been fired inside Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport and one person has died from self-inflicted injuries, according to breaking news reports coming out of Houston this afternoon.
Houston police tell Houston’s KHOU TV the incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. ET at a security checkpoint area in Terminal B.
A man walked in and fired two shots in the air, according to local reports. Police said an air marshal fired at the suspect, but missed. That’s when the man pulled out a gun and shot himself, according to AP.
